USA - Worldwide charitable organisation
The New York based organisation had structural and staffing issues within its treasury department and was concerned that processes and procedures both at headquarters and for its worldwide cash distribution and collection were inadequate.
Solution: A review of all existing treasury processes was carried out in a two-stage process with recommendations provided on restructuring the department and reorganising the processes employed. The report provided the basis for completely redrawing the organisation's treasury processes and procedures policy.
