Treasury Technology Review

The various parts of this international retail group managed large parts of their treasury activity locally with the overall group position managed at head office in Geneva. The company put into place a project to centralize all treasury activity in Geneva and to review and rationalise banking relationships and services.

Solution: Central to these plans was a review of all current processes centrally and treasury technology employed across the group. Lillie Associates was employed to carry out the review and to recommend the optimum technology solution. A requirements definition was drawn up and agreed and a carefully managed selection process carried out. Lillie Associates provided a project co-ordination role for the subsequent implementation of the chosen software.
